Groups can be a powerful way to learn new skills, feel less alone, and connect with people who genuinely get it. We are also always open to new ideas for groups and community involvement.

Adult Neurodivergence Skills & Social Support Group
For young adults with ADHD or ASD who want to better understand neurodivergence, build practical skills, and connect with others who share similar experiences.
A formal diagnosis is not required to participate.
Topics may include understanding ADHD and ASD, masking, procrastination, perfectionism, emotion regulation, and self-care.
Structure: First hour is psychoeducation, second hour is social skill building.
Schedule: 9:30am–11:30am
Format: Hybrid (virtual + in-person)
Teen Neurodivergence Skills & Social Support Group
For teens ages 12–17 with ADHD or ASD who want to learn more about how their brain works, build coping skills, and connect with peers in a supportive space.
A formal diagnosis is not required to participate.
Topics may include neurodivergence, masking, procrastination, perfectionism, emotion regulation, and self-care.
Structure: First hour is psychoeducation, second hour is social skill building.
Schedule: 9:00am–11:00am
