Two Open Positions
Full Time | Part Time | Days and Evenings | Self Scheduling | Monday-Thursday 9am-8pm | Friday 9am-5pm | No weekends or major holidays
Requirements:
Provide outpatient behavioral and mental health therapy and counseling services.
- Answer phones and schedule clients
- Conduct client intakes and assessments
- Establish therapy treatment goals and plans
- Administer individual, couple, family, and/or group therapy/counseling
- Maintain thorough and confidential records
- Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions
- Provide client with information on beneficial community resources
- Implement a collaborate care model to work as a team with client(s), their physicians, and other community persons under authorization to ensure successful outcomes
- Collect insurance information and input services rendered via insurance within their respective provider portals
What You Will Need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- One or more of the following:
- Marriage & Family Therapist clinical license credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Licensed Professional Counselor clinical license credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Marriage & Family Therapist Intern with a training license credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- LMFTs are strongly preferred.
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Master’s Degree in Counseling
- In a COAMFTE accredited institution for MFT or LPC in the practicum and/or internship phase of the program
